Morning All

A collection of thoughts for you this morning:

Firstly, if you like randomness please go and check out The Cobweborium Emporium Cobs is hilarious, especially the Friday posts (which also contain random facts) and she’s got some amazing art on there at the mo, as part of a challenge she’s doing. PLEASE check it out!

Secondly, Bailey is an idiot. Don’t get me wrong, we love her dearly, but whoever said German Shepherds were intelligent hadn’t met ours! This week she has: 1) Tried to eat a bumble bee 2) turned around to quickly chasing a ball and bumped her head on the bin and 3) sat in the pantry for no discernible reason (she’d eaten and not a hot day to need to lay on tiled floor)!….but it’s cute so we’ll excuse it!

 

The next (unrelated) thing I want to talk to you about is Aquafit: I’m loving it and get fed up days I can’t go. As well as good exercise, the music is awesome and the instructor is fun (but don’t think for a second that means she doesn’t work us hard)…she reminds me a bit of the little lady who makes the capes in The Incredibles.

But last week I decided it was time to up my game and stayed afterwards to do 25 lengths of the pool (was aiming for 30 but hey, I haven’t done it in years!)…felt great and I want to do more, so my goal for the week ahead is at least 30 lengths…I’ll let you know how I get on!

I also got past the 50 subscribers goal and, on Wednesday, had the most views since launch day! So a MASSIVE THANK YOU to my lovely readers! (That’s you by the way.)

Lastly, it’s approaching the school holidays here in Cornwall so my head is completely full of random school and holiday stuff! Trying to get ready to go on holiday, whilst dealing with sports day, sponsored walks, school trips and making sure teenager is ready and calm for all assessments….I think we’re OK this far!
