Saw this recipe on Wish to Dish and had to share! If you’ve been here before, you’ll know I’m a big fan of Rosie’s and often share her recipes when I do a round-up of ones I want to try…this happens often because I follow several delicious blogs, this one included 😉
This has lots of ingredients I love and something about baked and roasted veggies just screams Autumn to me.
