Sorry for the late start but it’s my first morning off this week, so I’ve been chillin’.

Welcome to post 400! How exactly I got here I don’t really know….well maybe I do:
A year (and 3 days) ago I signed my blog up to social media and it really took off. I’ve learned a lot along the way, so I thought I’d share.
- Don’t be scared. I am not a writer, I often put my foot in it and I was worried about trolling….nothing bad has happened! In fact, I often get a real feeling of love and support from my peeps (thanks ❤ ).
- Don’t spread yourself too thin. Unless you intend to make a living out of blogging, there are only so many hours in a day and all the useful groups you belong to and social media pages you maintain will be too much. Try them all and ditch the ones that don’t work for you. I never use my Twitter account but some people prefer that to Facebook (those people scare me 😉 LOL). I think I’m in my groove now.
- Be nice and have fun. There are genuinely lovely bloggers out there I now count as friends. If you’re nice to people, they’re nice to you…if they are not, be nice anyway! Politeness costs nothing. Lastly, enjoy it. Write about things that make you happy as there will be people who want to read it (still shocks me, but it’s a fact).
Budgeting:

Bible:
I’ve been trying to read my Bible more, so thought I’d sign up to a verse a day to my email, that way I get a little bit of wisdom in a busy day and a topic or chapter I can study in more depth when I can. I use biblegateway.com and I love it. If you want to use their website you can study topics or books and pick the translation you wish to use. Today’s verse was
In God, whose word I praise—
in God I trust and am not afraid.
What can mere mortals do to me? Psalm 56:4

I’m still excited about Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom...It’s only a week away now!!! (In the UK anyway, sorry America) I will do a review and then I promise I’ll leave it alone….at least I’ll try! 😉
We have exciting plans ahead and they’re just rolling into place, I’ll tell you as soon as I can! Prayers appreciated.
