Morning Peeps!

I know the fastest way to lose weight is to exercise but have been putting off anything other than walking. Today I did it! I got up early and did a short (but intense) workout video. It promises great things if done daily…1-2 inches lost in a week! I’ll see and I’ll keep you posted.

Mr.B and I have been trying to get better organised, getting up early enough to fit it in has been a while coming. Now we’ve got here it seems easy and I wonder why I didn’t do it a week ago!

I guess the moral of the story is to make the time for priorities. Also, find something you enjoy… I watched 4 or 5 videos the other day to see which one I liked best and was realistic for me to do.
