There’s a lot of entertainment stuff going on and coming up in the near future….so let’s get going!
This week we’ve had the trailer for Mary Poppins Returns and it looks fab! Due out for Christmas, it features Emily blunt and a scarily true-to-original Dick Van Dyke. 😍 The amazing thing is the huge number of A-list cast in it… Julie Walters, Colin Dirty and Meryl Streep to name but a few!
This week was also the 40th Anniversary of Grease!! Sounds like a good excuse for a sing-along if you ask me! 😉
I’ve been reading Wuthering Heights, which is a classic but you do spend most of it thinking they’re spoilt and wanting to bang their heads together… the upside is the excuse to sing the Kate Bush song of the same name. 😆
More movies I’ve seen advertised on YouTube this week include; Jack Black’s House with a Clock in the Wall…looks somewhere between Alice throught the looking glass and Miss Peregrine (cool in other words!). There’s also Fantastic Beasts and Bohemian Rhapsody to look forward to…honestly considering buying my seat in the cinema! 😂
Speaking of YouTube, I’m a huge fan of J House Vlogs and this week was the 4th anniversary of their channel!
Then there’s all the autumn TV like Strictly to look forward to #teamdanny !
On the book front, I have to read A Christmas Carol at least once in the next 14 weeks and the teenager is waiting with baited breath for the next Sarah J Maas book to be released next month (last in series of Throne of Glass books I believe).
So all in all there’s a lot to look forward to!
