I’ve said this before but I’ll reiterate; the only way I lose weight is exercise.
Doesn’t matter if I eat chocolate or lettuce, the exercise moves it or the weight doesn’t move (much…I am human it goes up over the holidays).
Inch loss matters more to me than pounds so I’ve been doing Lucy Wyndham-Read’s exercise videos on YouTube. They are fabulous and she puts new ones up all the time.
They are short because there are no rest days. It’s effective and she sometimes includes food/lifestyle tips and success stories.
Jist thought I’d share my experience with you (2lbs down and 1inch off this week) ☺
