Helloooooooooooo Festive Peeps! 10 days to go!
I just wanna give a shout out to all the people showing some love this Christmas. I’ve been blown away by all the charity events, collections and donations people are doing.
The foodbanks especially are under a lot of pressure with more families coming to them at this time of year, but local businesses and individuals have been donating Christmas things to ours and my daughter’s school have been collecting all week. The other day on the radio they were discussing giving gifts to teachers and a Cornish school asked parents to donate to their foodbank instead.
I just love that Christmas brings out the best in people. God is love and repeatedly tells us to love others, so it’s just amazing when people show that love at the time when we celebrate the birth of Christ!
