Howdy Friday Peeps!
It’s been an interesting week, not least because we are still in weather warnings: Stay safe and stay away from the coast as they reckon it’s 5m surf offshore and high tide will be 30cm+ (1ft) higher than expected.
Today is Friday, wet and windy but it’s Friday. No 4:30 alarm tomorrow morning, only 4 hours of work, we have power and therefore heating (which isn’t the case for everyone in Cornwall at the moment- thoughts are with them). We have food in the house, family and friends- and pets- around us.
Also, shout-out to Pirate FM for their Ton of Tins collection for local foodbanks. They aimed for 1 ton in a month, they are at 2.4 tons today and it’s only the 8th!
I don’t want to moan about the week I’ve had, I choose to be thankful for what I’ve got. Stay safe and be thankful Peeps!
