Hellooooooo Monday Peeps!
Just thought I’d reinforce the message that I think everyone should try Lucy Wyndham-Read’s fitness regime.
This is my 3rd week of adding the 7-day challenge to my routine and I have lost 3 1/4 inches in total from my hips and 2.5 from my waist.
I can’t stress enough how easy and fun and effective it is. Honestly, if you’re trying to lose weight/inches/get fitter there will be a workout on her YouTube channel for you.
Just thought I’d share my good news to encourage those out there on the same journey.
