I love celebrating anything sci-fi, but today is also a sad day for us Star Wars fans as yesterday we found out that Peter Mayhew passed on 30th April. Mayhew is best known for playing Chewbacca in the original trilogy and some of the newer films. Harrison Ford gave a lovely tribute to him yesterday saying how, like his character, he was a sweet and gentle man.
So our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends at this time and the millions of fans who will remember him fondly.
