You know I did that whole post about June yesterday?…. Well I found out something awesome about yesterday:
As of 1st June 2019 they have abolished check and admin fees on rental agreements!
This means renters can move more easily as it is more affordable. It’s also good for landlords (despite the extra cost to them) because it means agents will have to be more competitive in their fees so landlords shop around.

Basically it’s good news. They can’t charge admin fees, there are limits on deposit and holding fees and the early exit fees are limited to £50.
Just thought I’d share to help the renters out there.
