Guess Who’s Back ….

Howdy weekend peeps!

Been about 6 weeks of crazy here and I let the diet and exercise slip.

So I’m here to update you…

I put 6lb on 😕

Last week I bought some habit tracker stickers for my planner so i could get back on it!

So this week’s goal was to up the fluids, I missed one day but met goal all the others. I haven’t done the low carb again yet… will add that to next week’s tracker, but I have been trying to eat less treats and have side salads etc.

So I lost 2 of those pesky pounds! 😊🎉

I will keep working. Slow and steady.
