…and I’m feeling good! 😊
It’s Monday and the new routine begins now.
Weight update: I’ve put on 3lb (if you’ve seen my Instagram feed you’ll know why)… oops. So this morning I’ve started my LWR videos again (so I’m a bit stiff sat here, but I did it). I also set my goals and calorie limits on my app and drank some water before breakfast.
Today is also the first weekday we are students and our thoughts have turned to preparing for that. Have you got a school bag to pack? A full maths set, notepaper, folder and a highlighters make me feel more prepared (even if I don’t use it all).
It’s also my first work day of ;normal’ hours after working so late over the summer… yay for teatime finishes!! 🙂
I like new things and planning and fun things (like my highlighters) to make the mundane bits more interesting.
I also have a few new blog ideas, including a couple of more serious topics. I hope you’ll enjoy the things to come.
