Are you wearing yellow today? (No, I didn’t know either, so don’t worry if not.)
It’s World Mental Health Day and I’m really proud of the UK involvement in this.
It was on local radio, they’re wearing Yellow in a local primary school, there’s the NHS site and even Royal involvement.
The NHS has set up an awesome site called Every Mind Matters where you can answer 5 quick questions and get advice on ways to deal with things like Anxiety, Depression and Stress. Whether it’s exercises to do yourself or advising you to seek professional help, it’s quick, easy, safe and free.
To highlight the need to talk and make mental health a more socially acceptable topic, even our Royal Family have stepped up. Wills & Kate and Harry & Meghan have joined together to produce a beautiful, genuine and encouraging advert. If somehow you’ve missed it, please watch:
