Getting Back To It

Morning Peeps!

I can FINALLY breathe well enough to exercise again! (Woohoo!)

This cold.throat/chesty cough-thing has been lurking far too long. I want to crack on with my weight loss, but haven’t felt able to exercise until now.

So I braved a short session this morning and survived. If you’ve been here a while you’ll know I’m a big fan of LWR fitness, Lucy puts workout videos on ouTube and they really are for all levels and abilities. I particularly like the 7 minute ones because you can do one a day, join them together and switch up your routine (even if you’re crazy busy).

I found a new one today and I love it!

She’s always so cheery and encouraging, you believe you can do it.

Thought I’d share for anyone seeking a new workout.
