I told you I added the 7-day challenge to my exercise routine, well my 7 days are up and I’m here to tell you it worked!
I’ve always been able to gain and lose weight off my top half but not so easily from my lower tummy and hips.
Well, this week I lost the most from my hips!! 1inch from Bust, underbust and waist. and 1 1/4″ from hips!! YAY!!
I have to be honest, I’ve not been super strict with eating and I didn’t even exercise every day. (I missed 2 where sinuses meant I couldn’t exercise and breathe at the same time…I chose to keep breathing!)
The great thing is that I can do it again or choose a totally different routine; there are tons!
